Paul has had the privilege of traveling all over the United States supporting Head Start / Early Head Start and Child Care Staff, Educators, Leadership, Management and Parents.

He does this through his Management and Leadership Trainings, Keynotes and Workshops at Conferences, Staff and Educator Trainings and workshops for Parents of Head Start Programs, too.

What people have been saying:

Paul was direct and tender to the topics.  I valued the idea of seeing an outcome positively rather than dwelling on just the negative. Paul is moving.   He cares about you, your train of thought and it’s inspiring.

Paul’s presentation style is truthful and uplifting. I valued learning how to think about my own triggers so that I can focus on the positive. I also learned how employees have to change from within themselves. I plan to focus on employees positive strengths.

About Paul and his experience working with young children, communities, parents and those that support them:

In 1998, Paul left his over twelve year career in law enforcement to start up his non-profit called The Village Project. He created the Peace Enforcement Curriculum which helps young people understand and deal with conflict, anger and bullying. It also supports them to not be so hard on themselves as they grow and learn, and it improves their self esteem.

His entire curriculum is full of exercises, games with a purpose, and interaction… all to help solidify the learning. Each moment is a teachable one.

Paul’s worked with thousand upon thousands of young people, either in assemblies, in the classroom or groups he’s run for them after school.

Shortly after he left police work, parents started asking him to speak to PTA meetings, workshops on Parent Night, and to do ongoing groups.

He’s been delighted to also support educators in public schools, native schools, Head Start, Early Head Start and Child Care Center’s all over the United States.

In recognition of his work with children and families in Washington State, Paul received “The Governor’s Child Abuse Prevention Award.” He’s shared his bullying prevention expertise on Radio Disney, appeared on the Today Show, and his books:   “Listen, Your Life is Calling – The Journey Home” and “Listen, Your Life is Calling – The Journey to Purpose” are now available on his website and at
