Tuesdays: 9:00 am to 11:00 am Pacific – July 7th, July 14th, July 21 and July 28

In this training, you’ll learn how to identify conflict, support people through challenging situations and to shift out of their anger. You’ll also identify personal triggers within yourself and manage those triggers while in conflict. You’ll learn the best strategy for resolution, practice your new skills and see how to stay “separate” from what’s happening in front of you. This is an excellent training for those dealing with conflict at work and with clients and customers.

Stress Mastery (Level 1)

Tuesdays: 12: pm to 2:00 pm Pacific – July 7th, July 14th, July 21 and July 28

Especially now, stress can wreck havoc in our lives.  It shows up in our work life, our home life and if we aren’t mindful, it can effect our health, too.  During this training, you’ll learn to identify your own “personal stressors” and uncover what you can do about them.  You’ll see how stress manifests in our lives, learn the root causes and leave with a personal plan to reduce stress!

Challenging Staff and Customers

Wednesdays: 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm Pacific – July 8th, July 15th, July 22nd and July 29th

Buttons are pushed, people are mean and if we’re not careful, we’re affected by them.  During this training you’ll discover the primary ways another person “get’s in” and can ruin your day.  You’ll see the role internal communication plays in these interaction and learn what you can do to plug up the leaks. You’ll learn the styles and characteristics of “challenging people” and leave with tried and true methods to feel better, set boundaries if you need, and oftentimes get them what they need!
